Rights Issue: Ramaraju Surgical Cotton Mills
The Board at its meeting held on February 28, 2024 approved the issue of 18,17,227 Equity Shares of the face value of ₹ 10/- each at an issue price of ₹ 204/- per Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 194/- per Equity Share) for an amount aggregating up to ₹ 3,707.14 Lakhs to all the existing equity shareholders of the Company on a rights basis.
Rights Ratio: 5 Rights Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each for every 11 Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each held by the
equity shareholders in the Company.
